Please ensure that you notify Canvas Boutique within 7 days from receiving your order with any problems you may have, in order for the team to resolve this timeously and satisfactory.
Please email your query to explaining what you are unhappy with, with a photograph of the problem area, your order number and contact details.
We strive off of quality and customer satisfaction. Subject to management approval, a replacement artwork will be issued to the you, if for any unlikely reason you are still dissatisfied with the product, a refund will be processed within 7 days, subject to management approval.
Banking details will be requested should a refund be approved. Please note that there will be no refunds on Lockdown sale items. If your payment was made via a credit card, 7 workings days must pass to ensure your funds have cleared in our account. Note that 5% transaction fees are deducted before refunding on Payfast payments.
Please note at the current status with the South African National Lockdown, refunds/returns will not be available at the moment. Should your products be unsatisfactory, management will resolve this to the best capabilities and solutions available.
