Have you bought your Christmas Cards yet?
I was chatting to Amanda from Custo Photo the other day and she asked me whether we are selling Christmas cards this year, because she’d really be interested in getting her hands on something different this year. And that was it - light-bulb! The Canvas Collection needs a few more additions to the collection. The Christmas cards were designed with a head full of Christmas Carols in mind! (Literally humming them as the designs evolved!)
I really hope you enjoy these and that you’ll decide to buy them! They come in packs of 10, and are sold for R75 a pack. 10% of all the earnings will be donated to charity - specifically the Nicarela Charity Organisation - which is a charity close to my heart. Collect them from our studio in Rosebank or have them delivered to your doorstep.
I’ve got you… for Lia
You might remember that Lia Rothman was the winner of the ‘You make me smile with my heart’ frame in the Pretty Blog giveaway - she got in touch soon after and asked that we do another design to go with the one that she won.
Lia & her very lucky husband had their first dance at their wedding day on Frank Sinatra’s ‘I’ve got you’ song. Funny enough, that was our song too.
New to the Canvas Collection - For Sale
Nothing melts one’s heart like the timelines lyrics of Frank Sinatra and Dire Straits. So for our Valentine’s day project, we decided to combine a few of our favourite snippets from these legends’ love songs with what we’re best at - design. The result is a new framed range of designs in the Canvas Collection.
All the designs are for sale in their framed state. They are priced from R200 - R490 and will be featured at the April Wedding Expo at the Coca Cola Dome, Jo’burg from 9-10 April 2011. Email or call me if you’d like to own one! You can also provide your own quotes for the designs.
